MobieTrain: HR Tech Company of the Year for 3rd time

Posted on March 20, 2023

MobieTrain is the HR Tech Company for the 3rd time: new year, a new award for MobieTrain.

The Genk-based scale-up has been awarded HR Tech Company of the Year for the third time. It received the award yesterday at the HR Excellence Awards 2023, which took place in Genval (Belgium). The HR Excellence Awards are among the most important awards in the industry. MobieTrain previously won the award in 2019 and 2022.

Capital round and 30 additional employees

We grew strongly again in 2022, with the opening of an office in Milan and the recruitment of 30 additional employees, growing to 70 MobieTrainers in six countries. We have completed our largest capital round to date, which allowed us to launch new countries and put MobieTrain on the map internationally. To realise our European ambitions, we are fully targeting retail and hospitality, and the strategy is already paying off. The fact that we won the award with Belgian fashion house Duror Fashion Group confirms our market strategy. Another great accomplishment and a great recognition for the work of our employees.

Terre Bleue: retail training that motivates

Retail company Duror Fashion Group, with brands Gigue, Terre Bleue and Zilton in its portfolio, wanted to communicate more efficiently with their teams in its boutiques across Flanders.

In the past, each training session was held on-site, which required a lot of organisation and extra travel costs. Today, sales staff can access new training courses on sales skills and new model lines via the MobieTrain app on their smartphone.

Salespeople and saleswomen can follow The short micro-training sessions whenever it suits them.

Thanks to MobieTrain, we consistently convey our messages to our team. We find that the microlearning and gamification features in MobieTrain are motivating. The built-in retention tests prove that the tool contributes enormously to our employer branding objective.

More about the HR Excellence awards

The HR Excellence Awards honour HR service providers who, across 12 categories, have supported organisations in new ways of working, adapting the workplace, developing communication and collaboration tools or employee agility and engagement.

The awards are an initiative of the ARC Group, which also organises the HR Leadership Summit. The jury consists of 12 members, all from the field of human resources. The HR Excellence Awards were presented for the 13th time this year.
