Meet the New MobieTrain Experience: Designed for Simpler, Smarter Learning

At MobieTrain, we believe learning should feel effortless.

That’s why we’ve completely redesigned the MobieTrain experience, creating a platform that is more intuitive, engaging, modern, and accessible for every learner.

This new UI/UX update is more than just a visual refresh. It’s a major step forward in how frontline teams experience learning every day.

50-1

Why We Redesigned the Platform

The redesign started with one simple goal: create a better experience for real users.

By listening to customer feedback and observing how learners interact with the platform daily, we identified opportunities to simplify navigation, improve usability, and make learning more accessible for everyone.

Every change we made is rooted in three key principles:

1. Accessibility
Inclusive by design, built for every user.

2. Usability
Less friction, more focus.

3. Design
Clean, modern, and consistent across every screen.

A Cleaner, More Intuitive Experience

The new MobieTrain interface introduces a refined visual language, improved layouts, and smoother navigation flows to help users focus on what matters most: learning.

From the moment users open the app, the experience feels lighter, clearer, and easier to navigate.

What’s new?

1. A redesigned homepage

The homepage has been completely refreshed to create a more intuitive starting point for learners. With enhanced navigation, improved content structure, and a cleaner layout, users can now find relevant learning content faster and move through the app more seamlessly.

2. Improved learning paths

The Tracks experience has also evolved. Learners now benefit from clearer progress indicators and a more structured learning flow, making it easier to understand where they are, what’s next, and how they’re progressing.

3. Better content discovery

The redesigned Newsfeed improves content hierarchy and readability, helping users navigate updates and engage with content more naturally.

4. A more connected experience

The new Community experience strengthens collaboration and support across frontline teams. From peer to peer conversations to instant AI powered assistance through Mobie, learners can stay connected, ask questions, and find support directly within the app.

Accessibility at the Core

Accessibility has been a major focus throughout this redesign. We are continuously improving the platform with:

Better navigation
Improved contrast
Clearer content structure
M
ore accessible interactions and feedback experiences

These improvements are aligned with evolving accessibility standards, including the European Accessibility Act (EAA), helping create a more inclusive learning experience for all users.

This is not a one time initiative. Accessibility remains an ongoing journey at MobieTrain, with further enhancements already planned.
